How do I exhibit at the Norwich Gaming Market?

Everyone is welcome to exhibit at the gaming market - from established online stores to individuals selling off their duplicate games. Tables cost just £50 and can be booked by contacting us to request a booking form.

What time should I arrive?

You are welcome to arrive at any time before the opening times (11AM for advance tickets and 12PM for on the day sales), however we ask that you do not arrive too far in advance!

Will those who buy early entry tickets in advance definately get priority?

Yes. Doors will open at 11AM for people who have bought their tickets in advance. On the door ticket sales will commence at 12PM giving early entry attendees a full hour before everyone else.

Our priority at opening will be to get everyone through the doors as quickly as possible and this will include 'pre-processing' of those who already have tickets. This will be done by scanning tickets prior to opening.

What is the price of an early entry ticket?

Pre-booked early entry tickets cost £4.00 plus booking fee. They are available on the tickets page.

When will tickets go on sale?

How much will on the door entry be?

On the door entry will be from 12AM. The entry price will be £2 per adult.

Will there be a bar and food at the venue?

The halls are conveniently located in the heart of the city and is within walking distance of many pubs and food outlets.

Is there parking at the venue?

There are several car parks all within walking distance of the venue.

Are there concessions for carers and PAs?

Yes, a carer/PA will be admitted free of charge with a paying disabled attendee - this only applies to on-the-door entry. 

Do I need a ticket for my child?

Under 16s do not need to pay to enter when accompanied by a full paying adult.

I’ve bought an early entry ticket but now I can’t make it. Can I have a refund?

We are unable to offer refunds for advance entry tickets, but you are welcome to give them to a friend or family member.

Can I take photographs and videos at the event?

Photography and video is permitted, however we ask that you do not bring large cameras and equipment that will cause a trip hazard or disrupt others enjoyment of the show.
